Scope of Services

Magical Getaways Concierge provides vacation planning, coordination, and remote concierge services for Orlando-area travel and experiences. We do not directly sell, operate, or provide transportation, theme park admissions, accommodations, or third-party entertainment services.

All bookings and services are coordinated through official providers or trusted, licensed third-party partners.

Third-Party Vendors

Magical Getaways Concierge acts solely as a coordinator and concierge for third-party services, including transportation, entertainment, dining, photography, and other experiences. We do not operate, control, or supervise third-party providers and are not responsible for their performance, safety, or conduct.

All vendor services are subject to the individual provider’s terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.

Magical Getaways Concierge shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party providers.

Changes & Modifications

Requests for itinerary changes, date changes, or service modifications must be submitted in writing.

While every effort will be made to accommodate requested changes, availability is not guaranteed and may result in additional fees imposed by third-party providers and/or Magical Getaways Concierge.

Payments

All fees must be paid in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services without refund.

Concierge Activation & Administrative Fee

All concierge packages include a $150 non-refundable concierge activation fee.

This fee covers administrative services that begin immediately upon booking, including vendor sourcing, reservations, itinerary setup, and coordination.

The activation fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation and is deducted from any applicable refunds.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • The $99 planning fee is non-refundable

  • The $150 concierge activation fee is non-refundable

  • Vendor services are subject to individual provider cancellation policies

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed minus non-refundable fees and any vendor-imposed charges

Force Majeure

Magical Getaways Concierge shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, or park closures.

Communication

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring communications throughout the planning and travel process.

Standard response time is within 24–48 business hours, unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All itineraries, schedules, planning documents, strategies, and materials provided by Magical Getaways Concierge are proprietary and protected intellectual property. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or shared without prior written permission.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
